This document is a draft pending legal review. Final terms will be posted before enrollment opens.
1. Relationship
You join BayVista Travel as an independent contractor, not an employee. You control your schedule, methods, and how much you sell.
2. Fees
Enrollment requires a one-time $150 fee, which is non-refundable. Membership is $25 per month, billed monthly, and may be canceled anytime. Membership includes a JourneyFuse CRM seat (normally $25/month on its own).
3. Commission
Suppliers pay commission to BayVista. You receive 80% of the commission BayVista receives on bookings you make, paid with monthly statements. There are no sales minimums.
4. Tools and coverage
While your membership is active, you receive a JourneyFuse CRM seat and coverage under BayVista's errors & omissions insurance, subject to the policy's terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to follow supplier rules, applicable laws including seller-of-travel requirements where you operate, and to represent BayVista honestly to clients.
6. Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement. You may cancel your membership anytime by emailing hello@bayvistatravel.com. Your clients remain yours; export your client data from JourneyFuse before your seat closes. Commissions not yet paid out by suppliers at the time you cancel remain with BayVista.
